Do you think I got the job?

I had a phone interview a few days ago, and the guy really liked me and said that he’s looking to hire me but will have to have a second interview with another manager. I did, got some hard types of questions and didn’t to do well because it was more of a technical interview. After the interview he says he’ll contact me in a few days. The job recruiter that got me the interview messages me and says he needs two personal references, so I give him it. He emails me back 5 hours later saying it went well and to send him MY personal information which includes my full name, number, emergency contacts and address. So with all these clues, do you think I got the job?
