Can you put two medals on one chain? I have Our Lady of Perpetual Help/St. Gerald and St. Dymphna.?

    One can put as many medals on a chain as the chain can hold.

    But to wear them is a form of idol worship.

    Sure. There are no rules about medals on chains. Certainly not in the Bible.

    No - never do that! God hates that and He will take revenge on you in the most savage way. There are dozens of fully documented cases of people doing what you are asking about and meeting with a grisly fate shortly thereafter.
