Will Roy Moore, who isn't obviously guilty, win the special election?

YES. Beyond any shadow of a doubt. PLEASE, do NOT believe ANY of all this propped up fake news about Democrats being in for a take over in 2018, it simply is NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. Now, here and today, the American Republicans have resorted to a general strategy which has panned out in the matter of being extremely successful in winning majorities in every section of government. And let me tell you here and now, they are only on the foot-hills of it all. (In other words, "you aint seen nothing yet"!) By 2020, Democrats will be holding less than FIVE PERCENT of the Senate AND of the House, those are the latest inside projections. The whole strategy is in self-disquising. They put forth a front of having a dim out-look while they are looking far more hopeful than they will ever let us know, that way, the Democrats feel okay to let down their guard, then the Repub's come in for the kill at the last moment. Did you watch the election in Virginia several months ago between that Conservative woman and that Liberal man (just cant remember their names right now), as of how the Democrat candidate had the lead in the votes at the polls, but slowly as closing time got closer and closer, the republican votes curiously started catching up and getting ahead of the Democrat votes?? Then at closing, the Republican votes surged at the end. THAT is how they are playing the game now-a-days. You just wait till big Tuesday rolls in. Yeah, the Dem's will be singing gloriously all morning and through out the day as they hear of their having the lead, but then, at the last moments, the flood will come in and the Repub's will come in for the kill when there is nothing the Democrats can do. And the republican votes will suddenly surge right at the last moment and Democrats will lose even more seats then, than they did on Tuesday, November eighth of 2016. Folks, I'm sorry that this is the way it is, and you can mark these words on it. So to answer your question in a more expedient manner, it is only awful simple, it is already laid out: MOORE IS GOING TO WIN.
Did you hear (on December 11'th about "two different analysis" the one being that Moore's Democratic opponent had the lead of 10 points, and the other analysis of Moore having a 9 point lead?? Well the one with Moore having the 9 point lead was not suppose to slip out over the air but luckily it did. The "insiders" did NOT want us to hear that but they failed at clogging that one from coming through. The analysis with Moore having the 9 point lead is the real one (even though it is at LEAST 9 points, the analysis with his Democratic opponent having a 10 point lead IS PHONY. It was crafted.
Those way on the inside only know this better than I do. And Republican voters in our country are more out for "party over people and country" than ever before. Reasons being: > They do not want to pay taxes like they do, > they want to shut down every government program that gives "hand outs" to those in need and to the disabled, >they want to control and shut out the LGBT community, and (now, finally, the only good reason,):> they want to stop the influx of immigrants from terrorist prone nations. I can only agree with that last reason, because all the previous reasons are all out of selfish behavior, greed, hate, bigotry, and the unprecedented thirst for POWER AND CONTROL.
Today, Liberal politicians support Freedom, Rights and Liberty far more than the Conservatives (those "patriotic guys") do, while the Conservatives only oppress, unless you own a giant business. Sign of the times. Folks, be ready to get up and fight, for tomorrow, the Repub's will finally have the power they want, (Democrats will be HISTORY) and they will shut down Job training programs, Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Retirement plans, Food stamps, U.I. insurance, the remaining labor unions, Welfare and anything else which helps the little guy and the hard working American. SIGN OF THE TIMES. You can count on what I am saying here. MOORE. WILL. WIN. And, the Republicans will take over office since the corporate giants have collaborated on this for quite some time now, you just wait till a few days before election time, you will already suddenly hear of a great "shift" in the polls!! All while it is just a tad too late for the Democrats to muster up any more votes. Besides the point, the Republicans have all the giant corporations with all the big money on their side, and the party with more money ALWAYS WINS ! ! Be ready to roll out the red carpet for Moore ! !
POST SCRIPT ! ! ! A MIRACLE HAPPENED!! SORRY I WAS SO MISTAKEN!! BOY! AM I HAPPY TO BE WRONG ! ! A sitting lawmaker who gets banned from a shopping mall AND a YMCA for creeping on underage girls is not innocent. If he were innocent, he would have sued them for defamation and to get the ban removed

He is obviously guilty, and yes he will probably win. Alabama is beyond any hope of redemption. The only thing that might fix that state is rising sea levels.

He may or may not be obviously guilty, but that is not the standard on which guilt is based on.
There is a formal investigation, charges , specific ones are lodged, and as complete as possible of a body of evidence is presented, and a jury or judge renders a decision, based on the letter of the statute an individual is being charged with.
That seems to be way too heady for most people to grasp. Some want to exonerate him out of hand, and others want to damn him out of hand, based on their personal bias.

It's a coin flip because the polls have been volatile, and special election turnout is hard to model.
