will you boycott the SAG awards to take a stand against misandry and gender exclusion?

They have admittedly decided to ban male presenters from handing out any of the best acting awards, and best stunt-work awards.

Yes, absolutely. What is the SAG awards?

I never heard that. Got a link to ANY news story about any ban? An announcement by the union? Even a RUMOR from a gossip rag?

    Nothing shows on Google.

Well, I'm not going, but I don't think that counts as a boycott. I wasn't invited as anyone's guest, and I don't know, can just any SAG member go? If so, well, that doesn't apply to me any more, I stopped paying SAG dues and was suspended decades ago, when it was just SAG, before the SAG/AFTRA merger. I did a couple of things that needed membership, and my initiation fee was paid for me. But it's not my problem any more.

I also don't go to conventions of ex- Mississippi state senators or wrestling announcers. Those entrance requirements don't apply to me either.

And I don't go to meetings of the International Brotherhood of Jazz Dancers, Pastry Chefs and Nuclear Technicians -- because I don't HAVE to. That's why we elected Homer Simpson to be our union rep.

Yes because they forgot the gender equality.

I always boycott the sag awards (and the emmys and Grammys and oscars...), but not because if whatever-the-beep you just said, but because I don't enjoy watching overpaid morons patting themselves on the back. (And no, I don't have television, or buy/listen to pop music).

So basically they want to fight against all the sexual harassment/assault allegations by being sexist against all the men in Hollywood. That's retarded.

Anyway, I have never watched award shows, but if I did I would boycott them because of this.
