A lot. Like at least 64oz. I don't drink any other beverages besides coffee and alcohol, and I run several miles a day.

  • Me? I drink one big gulp of water to take pills at night. Otherwise it's all coffee, hot tea or diet soda. With the occasional sparkling water at dinner. Not to mention that I don't drink that much. I eat a lot and that seems to give me most of the fluids I need.

A litter would be normal a day. But normally with a little lemon in it. Sometimes a pinch of salt added. To that. Tropics.

I don't drink any other juices, soda, etc. I only drink water, once in a while milk, and maybe a decaf coffee now and then.

I don't measure my water. I am not stupid..I drink when I am thirsty. that means I drink more if I ate something salty, like ham, because I am also thirstier. Less when its cold out and I don't eat salty foods. Also less if I am eating a lot of soup or eating a lot of fruits.as the liquid in those counts as water.
