What's wrong with my laptop? Why it is freezing.?

So i have this problem where my pc will work but my display will freeze. Example:-

I'll be watching a video on youtube and it'll still be playing but the screen freezes. I can still here the video playing in the background. How do i fix this problem.

Is it because i have a HP alert that my primary voltage storage is low or something else. Please help.

btw the pc will freeze anytime, regardless of how many app i am using.

    Ordinarily, the user simplifies a problem by eliminating things like the HP alert before coming here .

    Try replacing the GPU or video card. If that doesn't work, suspect system RAM.
