Fat burning supplement question?
So I'm 6'4, 360lbs, 22, and decided I no longer wanted to be fat a month ago. Signed up for a gym and work out for about 1.5 hours (hour of lifting and then some form of cardio) 5-6 times a week. I also cut my diet down (it could be better but let's just say I went from 1 litter of soda a day to about 1 a week). Building muscle hasn't been a problem and has never been for me. My problem my whole life (including when I was in my best shape) was burning fat. Recently someone brought up to me the idea of fat burning supplements but I ignored it at the time but it's on the mind again. My question is, can these things help, and which ones do you recommend if they do work?

If they were effective, there would be no obesity epidemic. I also encourage you to try a keto diet instead.

I would talk to a doctor so you can make sure to get something that won't be harmful for you. He might want to listen to your heart and stuff, and he should know what might cause you problems or not. I hope this helps!

Please do not go there, they are just a fad, dangerous chemical cocktail of rubbish.
Stick to diet of non processed food, more greens as in veggies and salads, meat, raw nuts, full fats such as butter, yoghurt, milk, eggs etc...reduce foods that are processed like skim milk, margarine, tin food, packaged noodles etc...all have trans fats which are detrimental to your health.
Look up Keto dieting and you will burn fat, naturally without drugs.
