No. Learning ALWAYS depends on YOU. Not anyone or anything else. Turn off all the time wasters, like the TV the internet radio texting video games telephone and spend more time on actually studying.

It depends on what I'm learning and how it's being taught. If it's a topic that's not too interesting, lots of theory and taught through lectures and reading then I'm a veeery slow learner. But if it's hands on and I'm actually doing something to help me learn or there's a variety of stimulus like pictures then I pick things up really quickly
