F16 stomach growls after lunch and it's super embarrassing because in my classes when it's quiet it's super noticeable. Help?? Read below?

I have tried eating slower and have even taken tums after lunch but it doesn't work. What else could it be? What should I do?

    maybe you should take some crackers with you, and just eat some between classes
