Wearing underwear bad for spots?
Bear with me because this is kinda gross and I don't like talking about it, but basically I get acne on my rear and I've heard that apparently the skin coming into close contact with materials can cause it to be worse. But I wear underwear 24/7, even when I go to bed, just because I feel comfortable doing it. I don't like the feeling of having open space around my lower area, and my pyjamas can be baggy. Could me wearing underwear to bed be making it worse? Should I get used to sleeping without underwear on? Thanks for any help

You should NEVER wear thew same underwear for more than about 12 hours. Always use a clean pair at night and another clean pair the next morning. However, it is actually best to sleep naked as that gives you the most relaxing and deepest sleep.
Make sure that your underwear is pure cotton and not man made fibre.

Not really. Just use these pads. One simple step that works to keep acne and acne scars away.
Niacinamide (aka Niapads ®) face pads help keep acne away by scrubbing open clogged pores, oily residues blackheads and exfoliation. Feel a pimple coming? Just wet a pad, place it on the pimple and remove it when dry. Sit back and watch pimple disappear. Works on body acne too.
These pads also help reduce skin hyperpigmentation (acne scars). Try it and see the difference.
