    Bruce Wayne

    Because he inherited his parents' enterprise/company/corporation, wealth & riches. He has money & resources to work as a businessman by day and violent dark armoured knight Batman but night.

    Bruce Banner is not a rich man and fugitive wanted by the US Government, bad guys and S.H.I.E.L.D.

    Bruce Wayne, because Banner is a homeless man on the run. With Banner's Hulk problem, he's lucky if he can keep a temporary job long enough to make a profit.
