What is this internal shaking?

I am severely anemic and I have hypothyroid. Last month I took an overdose of iodine and ever since I've had this internal shaking, which almost feels like my spine is rattling. Anyone know what this could be and how to fix it?

Go see a doctor. It could be anxiety, but not sure. Also, eat as healthy as possible, with a variety of veggies, fruits, and proteins. Are you treating the anemia? They should have told you what to take for it. If the doctor didn't, then see a different doctor. You can get iron tablets at Walmart or Dollar General. If you look on the smaller print on the iron tablet, it should say ferrous sulfate. If you take 1-2 of these every day with food but not dairy products, it should boost your iron and get rid of your anemia. But check with the doctor to be sure that its safe with whatever other meds you are taking. Ask for blood test to find out if you are deficient in anything else that could cause weird symptoms. I hope this helps. I hope you find a doctor who listens.

Why aren't you talking to a doctor about this?

No one here can diagnose you or treat you, and these are serious issues you know you have. Here is not the place.
