If i had a hernia wouldn't the dr have found it when he did my endoscopy?

    An endoscopy would show a hiatal hernia, but many people report that it didn't show up after an endoscopy, when they actually had a hiatal hernia, so it's not foolproof.

    Not if the hernia was in your back or scrotum/pelvis.
