What to do when your always at home, depressed and bored but don’t feel like doing anything but wanting to do something.?

I can’t drive, nor walk outside cuz people are dangerous and stupid. I don’t have much friends to hang and I don’t like going out much, I hate cleaning and I just lay in bed thinking.

Well, I think you'd benefit from seeing a therapist since you seem to have low self esteem. That would give you more social contact, social practice, someone to vent to, and someone to help you figure out bigger solutions -- volunteer work, social opportunities, taking classes, etc. But, at home, there's plenty you can do -- puzzles, making a great Facebook page (but don't get addicted), answering questions on Yahoo answers, painting, cooking, scrapbooking, getting into trains and train sets (many adults are), genealogy, houseplants, etc. If there's a subject you're interested in, you could read articles and even take notes about it until your an expert (just for yourself) -- so people do that with baseball statistics, favorite movies, historical events, etc. It takes a few weeks to get knowledgeable or skilled enough about anything before it becomes fun, but if you work at something you will eventually find it rewarding.
