Is there a way to fix this fridge door or would I be better throwing it out?

It stays cold but it has to be working harder to

    might be a lot of caked dirt embedded in the gasket

    like other guys said,the door might be warped.buy a long length of gasket enough to seal & stick, cut the adjoining edge with a sharp xacto knife to fit neatly onto the existing edges where they pull away from closed position.

    It looks like the door or the hinge is bent or out of alignment, so you might be able to bend it back, but it would take some work.

    Replace the rubber seal.
