Just started working for UPS as a preloader! But what gloves should I use?!?

So ive recently been trying to find a pair of gloves that work for when im preloading UPS cars for delivery. The issue that im running into is that none of the gloves I have tried allow for you to use your fingertips to move a label to another side of the box. I always end up taking them off and having to use my bare hands since I have to get my fingernail up under the label to get it off the box. I have tried Maxiflex Gloves(Which a lot of the drivers use; they fit pretty good and skin tight but not good enough), and basic nitrile examination gloves like the ones used by dentists and so forth. All I need is a pair that has the finesse to scratch up a label and move it.

If anyone has any ideas or knows what to use please let me know!!

Plenty of people cut the necessary fingertips off of whatever gloves they otherwise like.

Or you can use a tool to get under the label.

Find a pair of gloves that fit then cut the finger tips out.

What do UPS provide? What do the other loaders use? How do they get around the problem?

The easiest place to solve such a problem is close to the source.

White Mule garden gloves are best, but you need to remove any glove to manipulate a sticker or label. They're tough and cheap, but you will wear them out on boxes. A pair may last you a year. I like them for motorcycling too. They will keep the wind off your hands and are reasonably flexible.

Since you mentioned separating the edge of your fingernail in the comments: Why not use a tool to get under the label? A small scraper would probably work and you can use it with gloves on. Available at any hardware store or even a dollar store.

You can either cut off the fingertips of your gloves, or buy tipless gloves at a Postal store
