They're probably not going to waste their time with something like this just giving you a workout plan, that's not their job. Go to a gym for that and ask a trainer and don't expect them to give you much advice and especially don't expect them to train you for free or expect a trainer at a gym train you for the Military. Again: It's not their job.

What you can do is go to a recruiter and ask about their ROTC program. You might be eligable to enlist in the ROTC right now and start your military career if that's what you're interested in.

If you're only interested in the workout please don't waste anyone's time and just work out as hard as you can. You might be able to find youtube videos on the subject of military training workouts.

Sure you can. Just decide what branch your most interested in joining or go to all of them and get their brochures to take home and read.

You can't possibly join until l7 with parent permission. You can ask questions but the answers won't matter much. You need to wait a few more years for military. In mean time train on your own time 🕚.

Sure. Unless they're talking to somebody older at the moment, they'll be more than happy to answer questions from anybody.

Source(s): Talked to military recruiters visiting my school constantly from ages 13-17.
