It doesn't have some of the bells and whistles you might find on other Android devices.
No wireless charging.
No headphone jack.
No SD card support.
I've also seen complaints that the display isn't the best, with some noting muted colors, a noticeable blue shift when viewing at an angle, and potential problems with image "burn in." All of these seemed to be sporadic, having a far more noticeable effect on some devices than others.
That isn't to say it is necessarily a "bad" phone. It has a great camera, powerful processor and memory, and will be well supported with updates being Google's flagship device. But, it wouldn't be my first choice for an Android flagship phone.
