all depends where she is stationed, and if she's on a ship, how often do they go out.
She could get orders to Japan or Guam for all you know...........how often do you intend to fly to those places to see her?

It would be entirely up to her. If she lives on base then you could go visit her and stay at a local motel. If she takes leave she can come see you. Or you two can meet some where between and vacation together. If she gets stationed over seas or on a ship then you are out of luck.

You reach into your pocket and pay to go visit her.
So it will depend on how much money you have and how far away she is stationed.

If she gets stationed close to where you live you can see her as often as you want. Are there any Navy Bases close to where you live?? If she gets stationed at an overseas base, you out of luck, unless you have the money to fly over for a visit.
Her first station after boot camp with most likely be an "A" School somewhere in the United States. Depending on the Rating she picks. She could then be assigned to a Ship and if that ship deploys, she will be gone for Six months visiting many ports during the deployment.

You would have to travel (on your expense) to wherever she is stationed, pay for a hotel, and see here when she is off duty. Usually, that will be evenings and weekends. She can request leave (like a vacation) and has 30 days a year. She would have to pay for any travel. If she is on a ship deployment, you wouldn't be able to see her until she returns which could be 6 months. If she is stationed overseas, you may not be able to see her for a couple years.
It is pretty much like a regular job. If she isn't working you can see her. If she is close, you can see her almost ever day. Sailors do date and even get married to civilians.

It’s Boot Camp not Basic.
No one can give you a direct answer. It all depends on where she gets stationed. She could be overseas so maybe once a year or if you live in a state with a Navy Base then you can see her more often.
