Trump advised against an attack on Syria because "many very bad things would happen," so why doesn't he take his own advice?

    Trump seems to prefer the "clean" way to wage war, just push a button and let a missile find its target by itself. American private oil companies want "in." They see Syria crumbling, Assad on his way out, and they want a piece of the pie. Private interest groups control too many of the decisions seemingly coming from politicians.
