Why is my roommate doing this?
Okay so basically my roommate sometimes wakes up sort of in a panic! in the middle of the night. She sits straight up freaking out a little for a few seconds and then lays back down. I asked her about it and she had no idea that it happened. She did suffer from a TBI back in 2014 so could it be stemming from that?

Lots of people have bad dreams, night terrors, etc. Perfectly natural. They may disturb you occasionally, but they're not dangerous. Wear earplugs.
