If I love God/Jesus but hate religion/church what would I be considered?

How can you love God and hate His Church? You might want to reexamine your commitment.

a RELIGIOUSLY INTOLERANT THEIST..... DEPENDS WHO YOU ASK !!!

. RELIGION is a cultural system of DIRECTED behaviors and practices world view ethics DOCTRINE ( text /oral ) f societal ORGANIZATION that RELATE humanity to IDEAS of SUPERNATURAL & Transcendental ..

.. RELIGION does not REQUIRE THEISM ( a God Concept ) again depends on a persons definition of a " GOD" .

... is SATAN considered a Non material supernatural being ...that is why the term SUPERNATURAL is so Vague and poorly defined

some define a DEITY as a SUPERNATURAL BEING that is "SACRED or DIVINE "

Angels as supernatural beings or spirits that act as intermediators for a god or gods

and a DEMON is a supernatural non material MALEVOLENT being ..

usually related to a Hierarchy of Creation meaning the GOD created the lesser supernatural non material beings .and later material beings people animals ,

but implant them with NON MATERIAL beings SOULS/SPIRITS that are RELEASED when they DIE

. but also stories of the NON MATERIAL angels or spirits becoming MATERIAL ... to have sex with Material beings People .. or in a non material state to impregnate material beings

. or the God can IMPREGNATE material beings humans to make off spring

BUDDHISM is a RELIGION ( no DESIGNATED "GOD" concept ) but does promote ideas of DEMONS and RE-BIRTH Cycles ....

. supernatural NON MATERIAL "beings places states" depends on a person's definition of a "GOD" so

the SOURCE of ones God CONCEPT or Source of a Jesus is PROBABLY from a BOOK called the "BIBLE ""see definition of RELIGION

A theist, I guess. But how can you know what God wants of us, without religion?

You can't.

A man cannot hate what he loves or love what he hates. Many Christians simply give money to the church. Others attend only holy days, such as Christmas and Easter. Still others are fully engaged in the social life of the congregation and outreach programs of the church.

There are many gifts but one Spirit.

My dear young friend, everything you know about God or Jesus came from organized religion and most of it needs to be questioned if you want to know the truth.All religion is man made and far from sacred or holy.You don’t need some label to define yourself.Just start questioning everything and your intuition will guide you.

A Christian if you think Jesus was divine....

You would be a carnal Christian. Hebrews 10:25. Keep looking for a church that draws in by the power of Jesus, and build relationships there.
