What does "lean into the moment" mean in English?

I am translating this phrase: "Wisdom has been defined as that which “flows from character and virtue applied, as we lean into the moment and lovingly act”, but I can't understand the meaning of "lean into the moment". Could someone help me please? Thanks)

Lean into, in my mind means to completely focus on. Like when you pet a cat and it leans into your hand. The cat is completely focused on the petting. Leaning into the moment would mean completely focusing on what is happening right now.

It is unusual English, and takes some thinking to understand it for English speakers.

But I would say it means to act on something as you feel is the right decision at that moment in time.

It means you don't know English grammar.
