Oh yeah! Over time it will! If you start lower it will even do something...it's the cumulative effort over time. Get into working out and find what works for you. And don't go too heavy...because you'll get really sore. Good luck with your new fitness routines!

No muscle?? yes you do have muscle...you use muscles to move all the time. Are you a blob of jelly that others must move and position all day long?
ANY increased activity helps tone and build the muscles you already have.
