Why do I always dream about this?

I always have dreams I’m getting a flight , or I’m late to a flight or missing it, or a always have dreams about school trips. What’s this all about ?

    Those are standard anxiety dreams. Most people have similar.

    Dreaming is a biochemical state of the brain which is used for dumping excess data, consolidating important information, and important in the hippocampus for forming memory. Dreams have no real meaning.
