How did Noah's Ark flood leave behind the remains of Cave Man.?

The "cavemen" were probably the people that were scattered after the Tower of Babel incident when God confused the languages. That was a few generations after the flood.

Because they were dead and buried deep beneath the ground and it's probably because of the flood that were able to find these remains now had there not been a flood that washed away a lot of the topsoil and redistributed it. we would never find these remains because they'd be too deep down in the ground.

You've got things backwards. Before the flood, there were few if any cavemen. The people built and lived in cities (Gen 4:17). It was after the flood that there wasn't much left around to build anything with so people had to live in caves and use stone tools. Those are the remains you are are referencing. You know those shows like "Ancient Aliens" and such that talk about these mysterious civilizations before prehistoric man? There is no mystery. They are some of the remnants of those cities before the Great Flood destroyed them. Miners still on occasion find artifacts from that time in coal seams supposedly hundreds of millions of years old.

The reason why you are confused is that you have been sold a lie that since a radiometric dating technique has been proven to work for something 400 years old, that proves it works just as well for something 4 billion years old. Such gross extrapolations of existing limited data rarely work if ever in the real world. For instance, just because you can bend a wire back and forth three times without it breaking does not prove you can do the same 300 times without it breaking.

Most Christians explain it very simply - the flood is allegory and never happened. It isn't the Christians who reject science in favour of mythology, it is the Old Testament Fundamentalists who do.
