I think i have hernias in my leg muscles what to do?

For around probably 10 years I've gad these small soft lumps on my calf muscles, the arent visible unless im standing for awhile or being active. They are painless.

I used to skate a lot skateboarding and roller skating for years so i can understand where they came from. But the real question is do i just leave them alone or will they ever get bigger? I looked up transfascial muscular hernias and they look identicle to what i see on my legs, its around 4 bumps.

I'd mention them to your doctor next time you go, but sounds like other than being visible they aren't really a health problem for you.
