    Wash your face with only natural, the chemicals in most facial products store in your sinus's and create dark circles. It will take time to clear out your system so be patient. Use non fluoride non SLS toothpaste such as Burt's Bees as those chemicals absorb through the soft tissue lining of your mouth and further add to your sinus problem. You may want to use a chemical free shampoo as well, Burt's Bees also sells that.
