A lot of depressed ppl? Should I give advice when my life isn’t really good?

There are a few people that I know that have told me their life issues. I gave a whole speech to a coworker once because she was crying and I gave her words of encouragement and some advice. Even on this website, I’ve seen a lot of questions about depression and even suicide. I try to give them positive advice and words of encouragement but I sometimes think that my life isn’t perfect. I’m not really depressed, but just a little upset of how things are going for me. But my question is should I really give people advice on their life that I can’t even follow?

Your talking to people suffering with emotional problems is great. You have “been there” and can relate to how they are feeling.

You shouldn't give that much advice without verifiable evidence for it, even anciently proven evidence on it.

For example, if a person DOES put a serious mind and serious effort into these, they DO cure all anxiety and cures at least 70% of all depression, and that can even apply to a person with serious depression, that 70% will be less valued as a downer thing. These are proven to work best if you take one article per week, ask someone to help you to interpret them, and have a 4th day review for each one.

And truly, depression IS part of natural grief and grieving, where it all can be felt for even the loss of a good pen, and other things, where the loss of a parent or a pet can last for decades, most other depression does not last more than 2 years at all. If it does, it is something much more than depression. And FACT the existing in constant pain truly does cause depression, where many many many doctors all around the planet do nothing for many patients pain at all, proven over and over again.

yes depressed people usually have good advice because they are familiar with hardship..

you don't have to follow to give.
