I saw this very attentive girl I saw back in November. I was going to talk to her but she was just too pretty. Idk I almost felt intimidated by her beauty, I guess I just knew I was way out of her league.

Im 23 had a license since i was 17. Had my first car at 19. My older sister has a license, my 20 yesr old brother has a license now and i have a license. And even my youngest brother that is 18 drove my santa fe and now he wants a license. But my brother who is 24, almost 25 will not get a license. He doednt even want to drive my car so idk if he even wants to drive. I told him the other day that even our youngest brother is about to be driving soon and hes the OLDEST brother and still wont drive, but he never responded. Isnt this sort of weird?

My girlfriend said i wss lazy for taking a second covid leave becusse i havent been at this job for a yesr now already on a 2nd leave while she hasnt taken a leave yet. But its not just that im so-called lazy, the job is irritating. And I mean a lot of coworkers are on leave, why would i want to be on a cold train with annoying people all day. Its essy for her to say, she works from home on a telephone.

I have a friend that can’t parallel park. We went out yesterday and he was the driver and there was a park but he had to parallel 

 park. He said he can’t do it so I ended up doing it. My thing is he’s 27, how can u be driving this long and not try to improve on this?  I tried kind of showing him as I was doing but he was just like he can’t do it. I get that no one is perfect but that is apart of driving. I’m 23 if I can do it then he can do it. 

Ive had a  4 jobs in the past. And I’ve been fired for attendance except for my last one which I recently quit because now I’m a train operator. This is my first job where I’m being paid over $20 an hour. I’ve been working there since June. I’ve already went into the sick book and took a week off. And I just called off today and I feel crappy and if I do this again it’s a write up. It’s just that this job does pay good but it’s stressful. I work all type of hours. 

I’m told to get at least 8 hours of sleep because we have to be alert controlling the train but they give a 12pm-4pm run and then a 7pm-11pm and then I’m told to come back at 6am the next day!? How am I suppose to rest. Of course since I’m new I get the crappy shifts and off days. 

Oh and the supervisors preach about safety is first and to not drive so fast and apply brake. But if I arrive late at the terminal then I could get wrote you, so my other supervisor comes down my thirst saying I’m late and it doesn’t matter the reason why. It’s just so irritating and frustrating and then I’m scared I might hit someone because people on the drain get hit almost daily and I’m told that it’s termination if you hit a passenger unless it’s a suicide but even then you can get fired depending on how it happens. 

I just don’t know but this job is already making me call off. I would quit If it weren’t for the money 

I come from a black family. 3 brothers and an older sister. So my brother born right after me is 20 and I thought by now he would be a bit smarter but I guess not. I was in the room with my sister and youngest brother and we they were talking about the protest. And that is when he come in says blurts our “fck black lives matter!” My sister was in complete shock, saying are you serious? He laughs and says it was a joke. I told him he really needs to grow up. We are all black males, this is not anything to joke about, he gets angry and says we are all ganging up on him. And then asking us why do we care about some random black dude anyway. I told him I don’t give a fck about any of that right now, I told him he needs to shut up before he regret it. He gets angry and says “who is going to to make me shut up!?” So I got up with my fist ready to fight. My sister grabs me and says he’s not worth it. But now I’m not not angry, I just want call him and talk to him but idk if he would listen he’s probably still mad. 

I have 2008 300c. I’ve had it since late 2017 and I really do like the car but it has given me problems since December. It overheated twice. I had problems with my heat but that is fine now. I took it to a mechanic 3 times, I got the thermostat replaced and the radiator replaced. But the check engine light came back on. I have an emissions test due soon and I need this car fixed or I cant get my registration which mean I can’t drive without getting a ticket. I liked the car, it looks cool to me and it was pretty fast but in tired of putting money into repairs just for the same thing to happen and a lot of people have been telling me to just replace the car. Maybe it is at the end of its life? It has 133k miles on the dash now.   Do you think I should get a new car? And which car should I get?

I’m vacation in Houston with my siblings, a cousin and my my mom. My cousin a female is 26. My sister is 25. I’m 22. My 3 brothers are 23,19 and 16. So all the girls share a room and my brothers and I share. The first night. My older brother and I got into it bad. Because i was play fighting with my 19 year old brother. Because he kept on hitting me even though I asked to stop. We Ended up making some noise. He got mad saying he’s trying to sleep. And that our youngest brother is even more mature than us. So of course that made me mad and we started to get into it.

The my older sister and cousin got mad because I would not drive to get them something to eat. I’m the only driver since my older brother doesn’t have a license, my sister and cousin have a license but are scared to drive the van. So I’m tired. I’m just annoyed. Only my youngest brother and my mom haven’t annoyed me. Was it a mistake suggesting to do this. I never had a family vacation out of town before but this is just too much and I’m the only driver and everyone seems annoyed at me?

I got him a job at Target a few months ago. It was a store that i used to work at and I told one of the managers that I was cool with that my little brother needed job and she looked out. My brother just turned 19 and he only had his job for 4 months. He got fired for leaving early and not showing up too many times. Now he's upset because he needs his money but i guess it was own fault because I told him to stop leaving early those occurances add up. But should I go up there and talk the manager that helped me or just let this go?

Since most people expect you to be independent as an adult?

There are a few people that I know that have told me their life issues. I gave a whole speech to a coworker once because she was crying and I gave her words of encouragement and some advice. Even on this website, I’ve seen a lot of questions about depression and even suicide. I try to give them positive advice and words of encouragement but I sometimes think that my life isn’t perfect. I’m not really depressed, but just a little upset of how things are going for me. But my question is should I really give people advice on their life that I can’t even follow?

My little brother is 18. He wants a job but he doesn’t want to work for McDonald’s or Burger King which I understand because I felt the same way and I worked in retail instead. My older brother is 22. He never had a job either and also doesn’t want to work for fast food place. I told him to apply at a supermarket but he says no, he wants a good paying job. He wants to be an electrician.

My little brother wants to work for a clothing store though but has not applied. I’m 21 and I work at target and work for another grocery store part time. I’m thinking about applying to fedex to become a delivery driver. I told my older brother to apply, even if he doesn’t have a license he can do another position but he says that is not a job he wants to do. Is there any way I can kinda force him?

She’s always sick and stuff. She has money issues and problems but she’s also funny and cool to be atound. Thing is her attendance is bad Calls off a lot and leaves work early. Our other friend is probably going to be fired for not coming in and leaving early. My attendance isn’t good but it’s better than theirs. I just I don’t want her to get fired also. I always hang out with her at lunch. She’s the only reason why I co e there, I mean to make some money but she gets me through my day If she leaves then I’m gonna want to leave too

I have an adrioid lg stylo phone so I don’t know much about iPhones. I’ve used a few iPhones but I’m not really familiar with all of the settings and things like. Well this guy at my job asked me if I knew how to set his iPhone so that he doesn’t need a password or fingerprint to unlock it. He just wants to be able to unlock it without needing to go anything. I couldn’t find anything on his settings and I told him to just use the fingerprint code since it’s fastest way. But is there a way to do this or You must have a code to unlock your iPhone?

There is this girl that I work with. She has a mother that was

Always in the streets with different guys and on drugs and basically left her to live with another woman (I think her aunt but not sure) and she was basically crazy and wasn’t good to her either. They had fights and everything. But some of her other family members says this girl has no reason to be angry at her mother. I mean wouldn’t anyone be angry?

I recently found out that she visited her mother (my aunt) for about a two days. The thing she is she lives in a different state than us so she had to travel 5 hours to get here and has four kids. The youngest two are only 10 and 7 and she left them home alone for 2 days with no babysitter? I just found it odd when my mom told me this. I feel like she is a unfit mother and this is why her two oldest kids that are 16 and 19 has left already.

So one of my friends at work said us 3 was going out on for lunch and that we were going to get chicken. So when lunch time comes I simply asked her if we were still going to get chicken on lunch break. She snapped and yelled st me saying “I don’t know what the f am I going to do, I’m irritated!” So I asked her what happened because she just fine but she says nothing happen and she is just irritated. Then I walked outside and asked why did she snap on me and she said she didn’t mean to but she’s just irritated right now. I don’t know if was on her period or what but I mean did I do anything wrong?

Girls like this really annoy me. I heard a girl say this the other the day and her girlfriends were agreeing with her. In My head I was thinking Stfu. Do they think being alone makes them strong or something because that’s dumb lmao.

We’re not a perfect family but not many ppl are. He’s 18 and I’m 39, almost 21. I’m the type to keep the family together because honestly I love my parents and my 3 brothers and my sister but my younger brother that’s 18 said he hates us all except my dad and our youngest brother 15 yr old brother. He said out older sister is a btch that he never liked. He said our mom is selfish which I can vouch she does have selfish traits. He said My older brother and I never been there for him. Now my older brother is basically not doing anything and have depression And stuff but I know I’ve been there for him.

I used to take this kid and my youngest brother to school when I was like like 18 cause they are my younger brothers. I told him all the things I’ve done for him like paid his phone bill. Gave him rides, bought him stuff for birthdays. I even cried I got so angry we almost fought. I just feel like I love this family too much for someone to hate me for no reason. I guess my question is should I reevaluate the way I think of my family. I try to be the best brother and son I can be and still live my own social life.

So there is a girl I work with and I asked her what’s her name. She said her name is “Letia” in a low voice a and she didn’t make eye contact with me. I told her my name and gave her my number and Told her to text me and I smiled but she didn’t smile back but said ok. Is she interested or does just have low self esteem and shy. She is a little fat but it’s okay.,
