So there is a girl I work with and I asked her what’s her name. She said her name is “Letia” in a low voice a and she didn’t make eye contact with me. I told her my name and gave her my number and Told her to text me and I smiled but she didn’t smile back but said ok. Is she interested or does just have low self esteem and shy. She is a little fat but it’s okay.,

Probably shy and not used to attention from a guy. Keep talking to her so she becomes familiar and comfortable with you.
