Born Again Christians, what to do when we feel that the ministry that you do for God isn't much fruitful?

We do what we feel is God's will or wish for us, especially in His Service -then we should leave the fruit of it (the outcome) to him. We do not know what impact our love, worship, and service has in the spiritual realm, which is one reason why it is necessary for us to love and serve in faith and not helped by sight, though we can see some fruit from our service.
