How is holiday pay computted?

Hello let’s say I my salary is $60,000 a year and I take home about $1,600 bi weekly no matter what.. how is holiday pay computted on my pay?

1) $1600 + holiday pay.

2) $1600 Only (that includes holiday pay)

It seems like I was paid my salary plus holiday for Fourth Of July but I was paid only my base salary for Labor Day.

Sounds like you received double pay for 4th of July. Or, perhaps you were on vacation, receiving your regular pay, and then you received holiday pay also.

That depends on the policies of your company. This is NOT a standard that applies to EVERY company.

Basically, some companies pay an annual salary that already INCLUDES holiday pay while other companies have a separated method for giving the holiday pay.

No one here can give you a certain answer to this question since no one here knows the policies of your company or the contract that you signed with your company.
