Second Try. Why can I only see questions more than a week old.?
I asked this question a few days ago and got only one answer that said I was in "Discover Questions" by default.
If that is true; how do I get out of it? I have logged out and logged back in several times with the same thing. I haven't used answers for about 4 years because of this but want to become active again.
I've tried all the suggestions and nothing works. I'm only seeing questions I saw when I first signed in more than a week ago. And that applies to all catagories.

The question about, ‘how do you get the question you asked, out of the ‘discover questions’ category’...
You edit your question, then... edit category & a window will show up with your category & subcategories. If you just want to change the subcategory.... then just select it.
If you want to change the category, then select ‘All’ to get the main category menu.
If you ask a question & it doesn’t show up, changing the category, can sometimes, make it post, as well. It worked for me, a week ago.
As for the new questions not showing up.... that Appears to be fixed, AT THE MOMENT. By the time you read this, it might be messed up again. 😄🤬😱🤯

I'm still getting first page I got a week ago. No update. This is ridiculous. There needs to be some accountability in YA if they want to provide a service

It's not that you are clicked on the Discover tab, It's actually a well posted about glitch that you don't see the posts about because they keep disappearing. The glitch has happened before (in past years), several times, but could take weeks to resolve. Oath is aware of it, but we don't know when it will be fixed.
If you click on a main category, instead of a subcategory, you will see at least some more recently asked questions, even when they aren't visible in the subcategory question list (feed).

The skip from very new to 4-5 day old questions is a known glitch to the staff. Why they don't fix it is not known. If you post a question currently, it will get quick answers or may wait those 4-5 days to show again. There is nothing you can do.
