How long do you have to go without eating, while at rest, to burn through your glycogen reserves?
I am in the market for a new go kart. Does anyone have any recommendations? I d like for it to reach at least 75 mph going flat out, and no shifter.

I am going to be honest I have no clue about the first question but your go kart question go with a Japanese brand in my experience they make damn good vehicles very reliable
