My hair always gets caught in my cartilage piercing?

It's especially bad when I'm in the shower. Does anyone else have this issue and how can I prevent this from happening?

    Keep your hair clipped back or clipped up.

    Be careful when you are in the shower.

    If you can change the jewelry, get jewelry that does not have a butterfly back, get a flat backed labret stud. This will really help.
