    Only Christ Himself actually has this ability called 'ascension' (Greek: 'analepsis').

    All other prophets or holy ones having this experience do so with His consent and assistance. We will all be given this experience and shared power during one mass event called the 'appearing,' (1 Thessalonians 4:17), which will also usher in many currently 'slumbering' forms of power, authority and genius that GOD already revealed previously while He was preaching His gospel to every human tribe and throughout all Creation. This arriving power will begin a new Christian era of authority and social structure in advance of Christ's physical return.

    I don't think the vast majority of these alleged levitation events are genuine. I think it was some kind of propaganda

    You can bet many of them were as high as a kite.
