I am 22 years old and I just want to know what is wrong with me, as my symptoms are giving me such bad anxiety that i think it is making it worse.

-Left arm, left calf weak and sore. Worse with movement.

-Left side limbs joints and tendons always cracking/popping with movement

-Left arm/hand numb every morning waking up, no matter the position, sometimes left foot too

-Left side of face cheek numb for minutes after lightly touching/scratching every time

-Left eyelid droops

-Left hand (ring and pinky finger) aches when driving, cooking, etc.. starting to affect right hand sometimes

-Heart palpitations every 2 minutes ALL day for 3 days at a time then subsides for weeks and comes back again (normal ekg, normal echo) helps a little to burp, so thought maybe it could be vagus nerve? but don't know

-Shooting pains in random small areas for seconds at a time right under skin, basically anywhere. At least 10 times a day

-Tender neck lymph nodes always, but NOT swollen

-Charlie horse in left arm twice, left leg once in last couple months

-Hip ball socket very sore every morning waking up

-Left side of neck tender randomly

-Also have costochondritis

-Went through phase of not being able to get a full breath last year, (normal chest ct)

-Sore, tender left side of shoulder, upper left back

-Normal brain mri, normal blood count, no vitamin deficiency anymore, negative for lupus, lyme inflammation blood test normal

-Slight vertigo, 3 bad episodes

-Thank you :(
