Yes, manipulation via the 3rd eye happens in the unconscious realm. A person can have thoughts and feelings projected into them without their being aware that those thoughts and feelings aren't their own. There's no "credible" online sources to this because the 3rd eye and mind control will never be realized by the mainstream.
