What to have with green pepper steak, made with lots of ground beef?
I would rather cook ground beef than use steak, in the boxed veggies and sauce mix. I find it has so much taste. But I do not know what to have with it, to make a nice, complete meal.

I do my pepper steak with round steak (aka london broil), fresh vegetables, sauce made with soy, fresh ginger root, garlic. Served on a bed of rice.
Ingredients:
1 pound beef round
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
2-4 tbs grated fresh ginger
1/3 cup olive oil
1 cup green onion, thinly sliced
1 cup red bell peppers, cut into 2" x 1/6" strips
2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
1 tbsp cornstarch
4 small roma tomatoes, each in eight wedges
1 cup Jasmine rice
Directions:
Combine soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
Slice the beef into 2x1/2x1/8 inch strips, toss in the bowl. Let is rest for 30 minutes (or more) while slicing the vegetables
Heat in a large frying pan, add beef about 4 minutes to brown, cover and reduce to simmer for 30 minutes.
Start the rice.
Turn on the heat, add the onion, pepper, and celery. Stir occasionally, about 10 minutes.
Stir cornstarch in 1 cup of water, add into the pan until thickened
Add tomatoes and heat through, about 2 minutes.
Done. Serve.

I serve my pepper steak over rice or mashed potatoes. Maybe add a salad.

I have never made it with ground beef but...
Serve with Noodles, potatoes or rice.
If you serve with potatoes use either mashed, smashed or baked. Something that will let the sauce/gravy soak into the potatoes.
