A friend of mines told the police my brain is corrupted and that i should be taken to the hospital. How do i stop that.?

The police will take someone into custody if they are a danger to themselves or others - and place them in psychiatric care. Can't stop your so-called "friend" from doing what they want to do. Either live with it or drop the friend.

The law says you can be taken into protective custody and put on a psych hold IF you are making threats of harm to either yourself or others. If you are not, the police won't pay any attention to your friend.

The police wouldn't care about that. Unless you're a danger to yourself or others, the police don't care how crazy someone is.
