    I'd describe Fate as an epic adventure with a wide cast of characters and plots and great action when it's appropriate, so hunter x hunter (though some of the early arcs may be a little goofy) and full metal alchemist seem ideal.

    Try watching titles that were made by the same studio like God Eater and Garden of Sinners, since both of them has similar quality in production.
