How do I sleep well again?
So I never drink coffee but two days ago I drank a whole cup and couldn’t sleep and it was obviously just because of the coffee right? but then I think I was overthinking not being able to sleep and the next day it was pretty hard to sleep aswell and I’m worried the same will happen today, what can I do to sleep well and what’s the reason I’m not?

You need to relax. If you are worrying and stressing about sleeping then you won’t sleep. Do something soothing (listen to music, yoga poses or stretches, etc), then go to bed. If you find yourself still worrying then get out of bed (I usually get out of bed after 15 minutes of not sleeping). Read, listen to music, drink warm milk etc. Go back sleep and focus your attention on something (counting sheep, focusing on the lyrics of a song, a helpful word, naming all of your relatives, count backwards or by 3s etc,). Just keep repeating these steps until you fall asleep. If you don’t fall asleep, I would recommend talking a pharmacist about melatonin (natural hormone in our body that regulates sleep) and work on setting a good bedtime routine.
