You think to much about what "needs" or "should" be done and don't appear to just let yourself go with the flow and enjoy things in the moment.
It's good to be responsible but sometimes it's better to just let loose and do things for fun without planning them.

It's no one else's concern about how you conduct your life. Maybe whoever said this isn't responsible at all?

You take too much responsibility upon yourself. Stop thinking of other people. Put down that list of chores. Just go and have some fun.
