Why does my iphone say my storage is full, when I keep deleting things?

Yes, I always delete from the recently deleted albums as well,

    Uninstall all your software and then install it

    If by deleting things you mean pics, vids from the Camera Roll, you also have to clear out the Recently Deleted album as well which acts like a Trash/Recycle Bin on iPhones, meaning it still counts as storage. Once you clear that you should regain the space it took up.

    You could clear cache from certain apps as well. Ones like Facebook & Instagram that usually take up quite a bit can be cleared by uninstalling/reinstalling them. No you wouldn't lose your data from them. Just sign back in once the apps are reinstalled.
