Other illnesses can be responsible for your condition. And those may not have anything to do with cancer. While it appears in both young and old, cancer definitely takes a far greater toll of the more advanced age-groups, although a few types tend to strike the very young more often. So it can be said that, in general, cancer is principally a disease of older age.

Even if you have a family history, you are young. You could have food allergies, or a digestive disorder, unrelated to cancer. The laxatives likely are contributing to your problems. See a doctor for a referral if needed, to a specialist.

If you don't want to be mocked and ridiculed then stop continually posting these childish hypochondriac rants over and over. You are obviously just a childish drama seeker or you would have seen a doctor rather than endlessly posting this kind of idiocy over and over. At least post about your obvious mental problems in the mental health section instead of pretending that you have a real physical problem.

Far too young. Stop the laxatives they are why you have watery stools and gurgling.

Sounds more like IBS which never killed anyone.

Try to relax. The probability that you have colon cancer at your age is remote. There are a number of other possible causes for your symptoms that don't include cancer. I know it's hard and scary to wait, but do you best not to overthink things. Listen carefully to what your doctors have told you. Ask questions. Get some counseling if these thoughts start interfering with your daily life. Best of luck to you.

I agree, eat your fresh leafy veg and drink water and this will help a lot. Have you been tested from coeliac disease or any of those?

Another thing that will help is putting your feet up on a step so that your knees are higher than your hips when you go to poo. No need to push then, just relax.

Sounds more like IBS, give up the laxatives and eat a lot of vegetables
