How can I get out of a stressful work schedule that I didn't agree to without causing drama?

Update:

When hired 1 of the perks- I got Mondays and Fridays off so I could worth those other days in my other job as musician. W/ my qualifications & my agreement to save their business (which I've done) they seemed gracious to offer me this. When I asked for raise- was told the best they could do was give me more hours. I agreed but Fridays until 1pm. Now thefavorite employee takes more time off & they've been making me work her hours- mostly work all day every day of the week-no pre-notification.

    Well you have 3 options:

    1. confront them and explain the agreement when hired.

    2. work the hours scheduled.

    3. find another job that suits your needs.
