What are the chances of an army 68w being stationed in the UK or Germany ?
I would really like to be stationed to either the UK or Germany but I feel like they wouldn't be needed there.
I know this question may seem a little stupid but I can't find anyting about it so I might as well ask.

Germany -- fair, UK -- next to never as there are very few US Army soldiers in the UK and most are supported on US Air Bases in the UK.

Pretty high. My cousin was a 68w and he went to Germany three separate times. Germany has one of the largest medical facilities in Europe and is often the first place injured personnel get sent for treatment.

Combat Medic is almost a guaranteed trip to the middle east. Still, there are combat hospital units in Germany and they need medics.
Many Years ago when I enlisted in the Army, a volunteer could make duty assignment a provision of enlistment. They had to send you to the duty post agreed to on the enlistment contract, or give you a discharge.
The Army's out was they would send someone to Germany for a week, and then transfer them to somewhere else and they met the duty assignment provision of the enlistment contract. Some guys never got out of the replacement company, they reported in and a week later cleared post for their next duty post.
