why does my thumb keep twitching?
all i can say is that it’s been twitching for a couple days now. like i can feel my nerves seizing up and my thumb’ll move slightly up and down uncontrollably multiple times. i haven’t injured my hand nor is it caused by certain situations or foods or anything like that, and i haven’t had any medication changes

Same thing started happening to me 2 days before Christmas. It's more of a hand tremble thing for me. It only occurs when my hand is in a certain position. I'm 65, so it could be an aging thing.
