You sound confused. However, the long poll in the tent is your facial hair. Permanent hair removal via electrolysis is the most expensive part, unless you also need facial feminization. You can get working on those hairs now.

Bad news: Women also have armpit and leg hair, and unibrows. They shave and wax and pluck. You will have to do the same if you want to seem less hairy. That's just part of being an adult - makes no difference what gender you are. If that bums you out, consider this: At least you don't have to deal with cramps and menstruation every month. That's a really good deal.
Consider reading some fiction books from the library - some with guy heroes and some with girl heroines. See which characters seem more relate-able to you. Right now you're upset about all the exterior stuff. Get to know a little more about your INTERIOR (how your brain works & how you feel about yourself). That'll help you make sense of feeling unhappy about some aspects of your appearance.

"I'm 18 year old guy and I'm not transgender"
Stop right there.
Unless you were born transsexual (mind-body mismatch) you will not be allowed to transition.
Thanks for playing.
